hi, i enjoyed your article in the paper. i am a junior in high school end i have been going through erp for almost 8 months. im glad to see that there are others finally comming out with ocd. i would like to go to the support groups

If you are interested in getting in touch with an OCD therapist, I would recommend Susan Haverty, a therapist specializing in the treatment of OCD with ERP and CBT who attends our support group meetings voluntarily. I would also recommend going to the OCF website (http:///www.ocfoundation.org) and searching for providers in the Sacramento area, keeping in mind the fact that not all of these treatment providers treat individuals using effective ERP.

I saw the article in the Bee, which is a wonderful article, and I am so impressed and amazed at how well you overcame OCD! I have a minor case of it myself, although it's nothing big at all, and so I understood a very little bit of what you were talking about. :)
